Endurance 750 Pilothouse by Hampton Yachts

'It was back in 2007 when we first met Jo Wooler and her remarkable stainless steel marine orientated artwork. As you can imagine my brother Ryan Leigh-Smith (shipyard manager-GCCM) and I were both notably impressed by the range and scope of work that Jo was creating and in particular [I'm a stickler for this] all in 316-grade stainless steel. Needless to say when Jo asked if Gold Coast City Marina would be willing to sponsor her so she could make her world debut solo international exhibition in Amsterdam in 2007 we graciously accepted. It was only recently at the Sanctuary Cove Art Festival that I bumped into Jo and she ever so proudly showed me her latest creation of a Lion Fish that was recently selected for the prestigious Salon de la Marine exposition at the National Maritime Museum in Paris, France.'

'After a little networking with Identity Marine Interiors at GCCM who now proudly stock several custom pieces of work from Jo Wooler (MojoCreations) I'm proud to advise that one of my clients who has just taken delivery of a brand-new Endurance 750 Pilothouse by Hampton Yachts has purchased a mother and baby Turtle for the feature wall in the main foyer of the vessel. From Sailfish to Marlin to turtles and whales Jo's creative take on sculpture has to be seen to be believed. Both Jo's feature pieces were on display onboard the Endurance 750 Pilothouse at this years Sydney International Boat Show.'

Coastal Periodontics - Varsity Lakes

'I am very proud to say that I have three gorgeous Mojo Creations living at my Periodontal Practice, Coastal Periodontics. Nearly three years ago when I commenced setting up my practice, I was visiting the beautiful coastal city of Redcliffe where I spied this life like marine turtle on the walls of a local restaurant. I thought immediately this is the artist I want to develop my practice logo with and how fitting an artist who specializes in creating examples of beautiful maritime life.'

'I contacted Jo whose warmth and enthusiasm is infectious as is her works. Two years later, I now have three works which all of my patients comment upon. One is just of the name, Coastal Periodontics but so beautifully done with its complementary stylized logo. The logo is a beautiful work that shows the rising sun emerging from the water surrounded by playful yachts.'

'I feel joyous as do my staff when I walk towards the breaching whale as it escapes the water reaching high into the air, radiating water drops that reflect colours and light. I feel very privileged to have these works. They bring colour, warmth, vibrancy and a feeling of the marine environment to my practice alleviating the clinical nature of a dental surgery.'
Kath Bourke - Owner of Coastal Periodontics, Varsity Lakes - Qld

Mother and Calf Whales

'We really love our sculpture of the mother whale and her calf. They are a very calming influence within our home. And they fit into our scheme - very modern, but still comfortable and lived in. All of our visitors have remarked on them in our entrance hall. It is really a special piece.'
Theresa and Richard Suchowiecki, Main Beach - Qld.

Sensational Sailing 2

'After a visit to Jo's exhibition on the Gold Coast some 12 months ago we ordered an individual production of "sensational sailing'. A feature with colours to suit the decor of our refurbished apartment. Jo's professional approach and production was outstanding. We are very proud of our special feature.'
Geoff & Anne Haw, Ephraim Island - Qld.

Soaring Spirits

'Jo's creativity, combined with her artistic expertise in design, produced for us a fantastic contemporary piece of art, which we are thrilled to display in our home. We are so pleased to have met such a talented artist, who was able to interpret our ideas for a modern stainless steel art form, into a spectacular design. Her intuitive ability to comprehend our wishes left us amazed and delighted with her creation. A very special extra bonus that comes with Jo, is her engaging personality, which is reflected in her artwork.'

We wish Jo very much success in achieving an expanding business and wider exposure to a prospective clientele fortunate enough to visit MojoCreations floating gallery later in the year.'
Charles and Sheila Buck, Mango Hill - Qld.

Water Wisdom

'My father and I commissioned Jo to make a work of art for my mothers' 70th Birthday, to enhance the foyer wall in their new house. Jo came to the house and had a look at the position we wanted to have it. From our first meeting with Jo, I was very comfortable working with her and she had very creative thoughts and wonderful ideas. I was very confident that we would be thrilled with Jo's creation. She is wonderful to work with and nothing is too much trouble. The work of art "Water Wisdom" was finished on time as promised, was hung (which was an interesting event in its self) on mum's birthday, and when she came home she was absolutely thrilled with this amazing piece of art work. Unfortunately a photograph of the piece certainly does not do it justice. It is definitely a real talking piece and admired by all visitors. We all wish Jo well and thank her very much for her wonderful work.'

Mantarays

'We first met Jo Wooler in 2004 selling her artwork at the market in the main street of Redcliffe. We instantly fell in love with her work. As we wanted a coastal theme for our unit at Margate, on Jo's website we saw an abstract wall piece she did for a manufacturing firm at Murrarie which resembled sails or the wings of mantarays. We decided mantarays would be great. As we were indecisive about what we wanted for our wall piece Jo suggested drawing up some sketches of mantarays. The result was one small and one large mantaray which now grace our dining room wall. We really love our pieces of art which Jo even made to the colours of our choice through the heat processes she uses. Our visitors comment on the mantarays as they look straight at them when they come in the front door. We have kept in contact with Jo and have viewed many of her art pieces at her workshop, around Redcliffe and on her website. We are amazed at the variety of the art that she creates. We believe we have invested in a piece of art that will increase in value as Jo becomes more widely known around Australia and the world. We really love her exclusive use of stainless steel as a medium for her artwork. What else can I say about this artist except we love everything about her works and that we love Jo's wonderful personality.'
David and Karen Cutlack, Margate - Qld

Sailfish

'Thank you very much for doing our sculpture over our doorway it finally finishes our entry and perfectly complements our home and the theme that we were trying achieve.'

It was a real pleasure working with you on this, and you hit the nail on the head first time round.'
David Trask, Newport Waterways - Qld

Gecko

'We love the work that Jo produces, her art work is stunning and creative. We have angel fish and seahorses swimming on our feature wall inside, and a beautiful gecko on our balcony wall with a recently added mosquito! The pieces we have are the feature of our inner city apartment and complement our lifestyle. We wish you all the success with your fabulous floating gallery Jo and Drew, and look forward to adding to our collection in the future.'
Paul and Brigitte Cassels, Brisbane - Qld.

Bel Air

'In 2005 I commissioned Jo to make a creative signage sculpture for our house we called 'Bel Air', as a surprise for my husband's birthday. Jo came up with a sea themed design which compliments our canal front property perfectly, and allows people to find our house easily. We have also invested in some of Jo's beautiful angel fish, which grace our swimming pool feature wall. We love your work Jo, and look forward to experiencing MojoCreations floating gallery in the future and adding to our collection.'
Marion and Gary Marshall, Newport Waterways - Qld.

Le Waterfront

'We have recently added some of Jo's artwork to the front of our beach front property, which incorporates the name of our house and number plus 5 angle fish. Jo has managed to capture the inspiration of the sea with the appearances changing continually to reflect the water and sun. The creative signage is admired by the many people who pass by. We are so pleased with the outcome and couldn't have hoped for a better result. For us, it is perfection and definitely has the "wow" factor.'
Jan and John, Margate - Qld

Groutech Australia

'After building our new office and workshop we hired a feng shui consultant to help create a positive environment for our staff. In keeping with our feng shui requirements of having a wall-hanging at the top of the stairs our brief to Jo was "To create a 2 or 3 dimensional object which would represent the element of metal which will include circular shapes, a metal frame and brass or metallic paint". And Jo achieved this way beyond what I thought would be possible. People walking in our front door find their eye is drawn automatically up to the top of the stairs to the hanging and then standing in front of it observing the different light reflections. Thanks for your creative flair Jo, you enabled us to find what we needed on Redcliffe Peninsula rather than source it elsewhere.'
Cathy and Norm Howell, Clontarf - Qld

Body Bliss Health and Beauty Retreat

'I commissioned Jo to make a sign and street number for my business. The result was a stunning interpretation of my logo in a head turning signage sculpture, better than I could have imagined. As I am situated on the beachfront, I needed a suitable medium that would withstand the harsh elements. The sign has been in place since 2004, and requires minimal maintenance to retain the luster it had from the day it was installed. Thank you Jo, your work certainly draws passers' by to my business, and allows people to find us easily.'
Daryl Parsons-Young, Margate - Qld

Redcliffe City logo sculpture

'The Redcliffe City logo sculpture is impressive. It is amazing what Jo can do with stainless steel.'
Mayor Allan Sutherland, Redcliffe - Qld
